My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the location was fantastic, right across from Dataran Pahlawan Mega Mall and close to various historical spots. The staff, especially Hussain, was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. However, the room was a letdown with moldy interiors and unchanged bed sheets upon check-in. The dining options were limited and overpriced, but the service, especially from the staff assisting with my granny's wheelchair, was exceptional.

The service was excellent overall, with fast plate clearing and prompt, courteous assistance from the staff. The location was fantastic, close to shopping malls, eateries, and the enjoyable Jonker Street night market. Dining options were only average, not up to standard overall.
